Mameluk

Even at its peak, Peace River was not known for high numbers of infantry personnel. In order to ensure that deployed infantry forces have the best chances of success, they are often assigned a Mameluke IFV or two as a tactical multiplier. Small enough to be operated by a driver and gunner, the Mameluke is often tasked with laying down a rocket barrage to soften up enemy forces prior to assault or providing anti-aircraft cover when needed.

The Mameluk is an experiment within itself. It has an extremely low profile for a combat vehicle and uses treads for mobility across rough terrain. It barely fits two; driver and gunner. But the infantry have taken to it rather well because its weapons can challenge gears and other targets better than many of their man packed options.
